- About Knot 02008
- In this installation a strip of springsteel is connected to 2 motors. They are programmed to turn slowly with different speeds and directions. 2 contact mics make the torsion and tension in the steel audible. The scenario is repeated again and again however the curls, motion and sound of the metal reveal an unstable order, repetitive yet unpredictable. Sound by Vincent Malstaf.
